Subcontractor Requirements
To qualify as a subcontractor for American Handyman Co, a vendor must meet the following requirements: 1. Be a currently registered business with the State of Florida Division of Corporations 2. Be licensed to perform the type of work being subcontracted 3. Provide a fully completed & signed W9 4, Provide a COl (Certificate of Insurance), with minimum coverages of: * $50,000 Damage to Premises * $1,000,000 Personal Injury * $2,000,00 General Aggregate 5. Complete the below Registration

Upon completion of work, Subcontractor will submit an invoice which will include a description of the work performed. Upon receipt of an invoice which complies with the agreed upon price of the job & a satisfactory inspection by an American Handyman Co employee, payment for the invoice will be processed on the Friday following receipt & mailed to the address provided.
Subcontractor, at their option may opt to pick up payment, in the form of check, at American Handyman Co offices, located at: 677 N Washington Blvd - Ste 33, Sarasota, FL 34226, during normal business hours (M-F, 9:00AM - 5:00PM).
