Scheduled and it was for an original date, which was a Friday, then got a text message that it would be the following Thursday. This was not a big deal. The most interesting piece was when I called to get someone to come out was because I needed a full size bathroom mirror removed and I wanted a full sized LED mirror put up. I also explained that it had an electrical piece to it. I originally placed this on an ad for Angi's and received calls then ended up with them, and had the conversation. I am very detailed. The guy who was to do the work arrived and was very nice but said it was a two person job. He explained the guy who called us was originally from finance and new, and he would have the other owner call us. He apologized. I thought ok, not happy but no big deal. However, the original guy called me, and insisted that no details were given, and that usually they only replace medicine cabinet mirrors. I actually thought that was funny. I still was not angry but asked how were they going to make this right and when, his response was I don't see how to make you happy. I said I am sorry, you scheduled me wrong the first time, and he admitted that, and I said you did not even call to tell me, and now this and you tell me there is no way to make me happy. I asked if I could speak to the other owner and he declined. My suggestion, get the finance guy off the phone. They may do good work, but don't waste time scheduling appointments for work you can't do or no showing. Not to mention that was rude and poor customer service. Not even an apology. UPDATED POST: CULLEN - the other owner called me after seeing my post. Spoke to me concerningly about my post, apologized sincerely, But more importantly, ask for an opportunity to make it right. He scheduled me immediately and was actually one of the people that came to assist in hanging the mirror to ensure it was done accurately. Not only was it done with perfection. It was done timely. Justice and Cullen did an excellent job and I feel they fully redeemed themselves and the company! Thank you for following up and listening!
